Supported Living at Our TLC
Supported living is a housing and care arrangement designed to help you live independently in a safe community, while still receiving the care and around-the-clock assistance needed for your safety and wellbeing.
In collaboration with Diversity Housing, Our TLC provides support for 66 beds across the whole service. The houses typically consist of 3 people sharing, typically with 3 or 4 houses on one street, some of which have commissioned sleep-in staff, while others have no night support. Aside from the commissioned sleeps, the support hours are individual, 1–1 hours, attached to the client.
Included in the 66 beds there is also a ten-bed house, with core hours, providing 24-hour support including waking and sleeping night staff. Our housing allows you to enjoy community-based living, while still being in control of your personal decisions and daily routines. You will also have access to 24/7 assistance and care, to give you peace of mind that help is always on hand.
