We're More Than Just a Care Service
At Our TLC, our professional and friendly team of mental health support specialists are here to provide the highest standard of care, currently across 66 supported living tenancies. We understand that everyone’s needs are unique, which is why our support services are tailored to you, based on your individual needs. Your well-being and care are of prime importance to us, and we promise to cater our care to respect your individuality and dignity. You can also have peace of mind that our service is delivered with the Care Quality Commission’s ‘Essential Standards of Quality and Safety’, so you can be assured that you or your loved ones are in safe and trusted hands.

Who We Are and What We Do
Based in Saltaire, we are a family-run business that provides specialist mental health care to individuals across North and West Yorkshire. We support people who want to stay in their own home by providing domiciliary care, alongside providing support for 66 beds across the supported living service.
In our office, we have an experienced duty support worker 7 days a week between the hours of 9-5 with access to our electronic client records and rotas, to respond to direct calls, enquiries, and concerns as required. We’re aware that our clients are vulnerable, and we meet regularly to discuss concerns and will pass on information in reviews with care coordinators and care teams. Senior support staff and managers are regularly invited and in attendance at inter-agency review meetings including MACP, MARAC, and CPA.
